TERMS: 20% down due within 48 hours of close of bidding, with balance in 30 days with deed.
NOTE: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property of lead-based paint. The period for inspections begins November 22nd through December 1st. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day inspection period.
