MADISON COUNTY SPECIAL OLYMPICS

BIDDING ENDS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22nd @ 6 P.M.

345 LANCASTER AVE., RICHMOND, KY

PICKUP: Wednesday, October 23rd from 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m., Thursday, October 24th from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. & Friday, October 25th from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at 345 Lancaster Ave, Richmond.

ITEMS WILL NOT BE TRANSPORTED TO ANY FORD BROTHERS’ OFFICE.  MUST BE PICKED UP AT RICHMOND PARK & RECREATION OFFICE, 345 LANCASTER AVE., RICHMOND. 

Auction Premium: There will be a 10% Auction Premium added to the winning bid.  The sum of the winning bid plus the Auction Premium will be the sales price.

Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check or personal/business check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover (with a 4% processing fee or wire transfer. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All purchases that have not been paid by Friday, October 25th at 4:30 p.m. will automatically be charged to the credit card used at registration, with a 4% processing fee.  All purchased items must be removed by the deadline of Friday, October 25th at 4:30 p.m. Any items not removed by the deadline will, at organization’s discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auction company. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.
