BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price.
TERMS: Payment in full due at pickup in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard with an additional 3.5% processing fee ($4 minimum). Ford Brothers will collect usage tax & title transfer fees and have title transferred.
Per KYTC Office of Transportation Delivery: Ky River Foothills employees and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in the bidding process.
