Personal property in and around the house includes: furniture, décor, kitchen utensils, glassware, dishes, home furnishings, wicker furniture, grill, tools, patio furniture, mirrors, signs, collectibles, small utility trailer. small vehicle dolly, a boat, a red car in the weeds and much more. We suggest that you come to the preview to look at all of the items in the house. 

NOTE: NO TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED AT ANYTIME TO THE BOAT, BOAT TRAILER, RED CAR OR ANY TRAILERS INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION. 

Gray Dodge truck is sold separately. 

Note: The Kitchen Appliances(Refrigerator, Stove and Dishwasher), Black Dodge truck, RV(recreational vehicle), the Shed on back of the property, and Jeep Cherokee are NOT being sold at anytime by Ford Brothers Inc. Auctioneers. Also anything permanently attached to the house must remain with the house. You cannot damage or remove anything that is permanently apart of the property.

PAY / PICK-UP DATE:  Need to have everything removed from property on or before Friday, September 15th, 2023.
