These 9 cabins have been a part of tourism in Rockcastle County for the last several years. Prior to that, they were located at the Levi Jackson State Park. If you’re looking for a cabin that has great historical significance, you will want to watch this auction.

PREVIEW: Wednesday, May 15th from 12-6 p.m.
PICKUP: Personal Property- Thursday, May 16th from 12-6 p.m. Cabins must be moved by August 1, 2024.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price.
TERMS: Cabins- Payment in full due on day of pickup, May 16th and removal by August 1, 2024. Other items- Payment in full due at pickup in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard with an additional 3.5% processing fee.
