Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a maximum of 10 days to inspect the property for lead-based paint. The period for inspection begins March 3rd through March 13th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
TERMS: 20% down within 48 hours of sale completion with the balance due in 30 days. All personal property items must be paid in full at the time of their pickup which is scheduled for Friday, March 15th from Noon until 6:00 p.m.
NOTE: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
