Boat is being sold to satisfy storage lien. 

Bid is for Boat and it’s contents including fiberglass parts laying on ground in front of boat.

Aluminum boat stands and stairs are not included in sale.

Purchased property must be removed from property within 25 days of sale. 

Any person or contractor involved with this boat must check in with Wayne Manufactured Structures and provide proof of insurance and sign liability release document.

Boat is being sold AS-IS without any guarantee or warranty. 

Purchaser is responsible for all aspects of loading and removing purchased property from grounds.
